dtuxcomp I found I could locate the picture far quicker on my laptop than scrolling through pages of uploads
If it had been done properly in lithium, there would have been a way to add a keyword to the image and search for it. Or at least to delete the vast majority of images that you were unlikely to use again.
So if somebody is going to have a go at implementing an image library, they ought to remember to build in a sensible search method.
